We provide custom solutions to leading steel construction companies both domestically and internationally. What will you do as Production Manager?
As Production Manager, you bear full responsibility for achieving production targets. You lead teams, optimize processes, and drive quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a role for a strong leader who provides direction, dares to make decisions, and impacts the company's overall performance.
Your tasks in brief:
- Daily organization, management, and coordination of production in the workshop
- Monitoring the progress, quality, and budget of production orders
- Identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks
- Maintaining the machinery, lifting equipment, and tools
- Ensuring a safe and structured work environment
- Collaborating with the director on planning, procurement, work preparation, and optimization
- Guiding, motivating, and developing your team
- Administering work activities and reporting on progress
- Continuously improving processes and work methods
What do you bring to the table?
- At least MBO+ level of professional education and thinking
- Accurate, organized, flexible, and stress-resistant
- Proven experience/knowledge in assembling and welding heavy steel structures
- Proficiency in English and German
- Leadership skills: you motivate your team and keep a cool head, even when things get tough
- A flexible, results-oriented mindset
