Huys Liggers in Venlo is looking for an administrative assistant for the accounting department. Our current colleague is leaving us. That's why we're looking for someone who works accurately and has experience with financial administration.

What are you going to do?

You support accounting with various administrative tasks. Think of processing invoices, payments and declarations.

Your activities include:

  • Book and check purchase invoices with packing slips
  • Book sales invoices, convert them to PDF and send them by email
  • Maintain debtor and creditor records
  • Processing bank and cash entries
  • Check bank transactions via the link with Exact
  • Make payment proposals for creditors and prepare them in the bank after agreement
  • Handling incoming mail
  • Provide a monthly ICP declaration
  • Prepare a payroll tax return
  • Submit monthly changes for salary processing
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns

What do we ask?

We are looking for someone who can work independently and carefully. You have experience with accounting activities and know how important accurate administration is.

You bring with you:

  • Practical Accounting Diploma
  • Experience with Exact
  • Accurate and structured way of working
  • Independence and sense of responsibility

Hours and working hours

This is a part-time position of 12 to 16 hours a week.

For example:

  • 4 days of 3 hours per week
  • Or 4 days of 4 hours a week

Working hours are in consultation.
